e) Pursuant to the Scheme of Demerger of Coated Metals & Mosquito Undertaking of Manaksia Ltd and vesting into Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Ltd; 1 Equity shares of Re.1/- each of Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Ltd to be issued for every 1 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each held in Manaksia Limited. The issued, subscribed and paid-up equity capital of the company post arrangement is Rs. 6,55,34,050 consisting of 6,55,34,050 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
2. As per Exchange Notice No. 20141126-36 dated November 26, 2014, Manaksia Limited fixed Record date as December 05, 2014 for giving effect to the Scheme of Arrangement.
